Service Description

This is a 60-minute session. This session will help show why we are different here at Uplift. We will go over your goals and why you are seeking us out, assess the situation and figure out the root cause of what you are experiencing, and then make a plan to help you achieve your goals and get back to the level of performance you are looking for. After the assessment, we will do some treatment consisting of either soft tissue work on the table, or trying out movement interventions to help you achieve your goals and address what we find during the assessment.
