This type of session is 90 minutes, more specific, and will have more time dedicated to assessment. Mike will combine his skills as an LMT, as well as a Certified Strength Coach to help you with any pains, discomforts, or injuries that you may be experiencing. These sessions will start with a history intake and assessment. They will also have a mix of massage techniques and corrective exercises, where applicable, to help manage pain and improve function. This involves correcting any muscle imbalances that may have formed over time, guiding you through proper execution of exercises, and more. Some quick things before you book. What to wear: Comfortable clothing to wear during the session. Shorts, tank top, sports bra, etc. FILL OUT YOUR INTAKE FORM BEFORE YOU ARRIVE This helps inform us more about who you are, your goals, health history, etc. Give us as much information as you can so we can do our best to treat you. Please cancel 24 hours in advance or expect a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate. Parking and Waiting: Free parking anywhere in front of Sport of Iron Fitness. Upon arrival, you can wait in the gym lobby, which is the first door on your right. We will be there to get you before your session.
